Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones
- Organize meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are followed up
- Maintain internal trackers, SOPs, and documentation libraries (Notion/ClickUp)
- Support client onboarding with email coordination and documentation management
- Assist with basic research and data entry for client projects and internal ops
- Monitor Slack, email, and CRM activity to ensure nothing is missed or delayed
- Prepare reports, update project dashboards, and surface status summaries
- Handle light personal admin support for executives (occasionally)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or operations coordinator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High proficiency with remote tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of reliability and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without micromanagement
- Proactive problem-solver with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
- Bonus: Experience supporting teams in tech, marketing, or automation industries
